Making an Inquiry or Reservation is simple, all you have to do is complete and submit the form on this page.

We will respond personally within 24 hours to all requests received.

Some tour operators require a per person confirmation deposit in order to confirm the reservation. This can be done safely and securely through PayPal. Final Payment will be collected by the Tour Operator on the day of the tour. However in most cases you pay the Tour Operator directly on the day of the tour.​

When payment has been receive you will be emailed a confirmation which you must present to the tour operator on the day of the tour; along with a local telephone number in the event that you have any questions or need to make any changes.

In the event that you wish to make a change to your confirmed tour the deposit will be transferred to the new date/tour.

Deposits will not be refunded in cancellation is received by Frangipani Tours less than 48 hours prior to the tour date.

Deposits will not be refunded or transferred in the event of 'no show' for the tour.
